Market data is append-heavy and always read as entity plus time range, so it sits in PostgreSQL with TimescaleDB rather than in flat tables. Money is exact decimal end to end and never a float.

Every row is a scheduled job that runs today. Writes are idempotent upserts, so a repeated run or a market holiday is a no-op rather than a duplicate.

What we hold, and what we will not claim

Two of the three below describe code that ships today. The third describes something that is finished and still not live, which is the version of it worth printing.

Broker credentials are encrypted at rest
Fernet, with the key supplied only by the environment. There is no default and no per-process fallback: an absent or malformed key makes the credential layer refuse to store or read rather than quietly persist plaintext. Credentials are never returned by an API, never logged, and never placed in an error message.
Sign-in flows are bound to the browser that began them
The OAuth state nonce is single-use with a ten-minute lifetime, and start issues a second secret that is returned only to the originating browser and never reaches the provider. The cache keeps just its SHA-256 digest, so a cache dump cannot complete a flow and a pasted callback URL is refused before any provider call.
OneID is implemented and waiting on the operator
The id.egov.uz client is written and settings-gated, and the live endpoint accepts our parameters. Registration of a client_id is contract-only, with no sandbox, so no call has completed a round trip yet. Our integration registry records it as blocked, and this page will not claim otherwise until it is not.

What is Finmind?
Finmind (finmind.uz) is an all-in-one financial-intelligence platform for Uzbekistan. It consolidates the country's capital markets, valuations, commodities, banking rates and macro data into one workspace, with tools for investing, budgeting, tax, advisory and more.
Who is Finmind for?
Retail investors, brokers and institutions, banks/insurers/funds, regulators and educators: anyone who needs Uzbekistan's scattered financial data unified and made actionable.
Is Finmind a bank or a broker?
No. Finmind is an intelligence and tooling platform. For live trading it connects to your existing fondbozori.uz brokerage account; it never holds your money.
What makes Finmind different?
One workspace for every Uzbek financial data source, transparent comparable metrics, honest data (we never fabricate a price or a number), halal-aware tooling, and pay-per-feature pricing so you only buy what you use.
Is there a mobile app?
Finmind is installable as a PWA. Open it in your phone browser and 'Add to Home Screen' for an app-like, offline-capable experience. A dedicated store app may follow.
What languages are supported?
The platform is currently in English. Uzbek and Russian localization is on our roadmap.

Pricing & features

How does pricing work?
Finmind is pay-per-feature: you buy each module individually, time-boxed monthly or annually. There are no rigid all-or-nothing subscription tiers. Add capabilities as your needs grow.
Do I have to buy everything?
No. Start with what you need, say Portfolio and Gold, and add features later. Your dashboard only shows what you've unlocked.
Where do I see all features and prices?
The Features section on this page lists every module with its real monthly and annual price in UZS. Inside the app, the Features page lets you buy and manage them.
Is there a free trial?
No. Every module in the catalog above is paid, monthly or annually, and nothing unlocks itself: access is granted to your account after you request it. Creating an account and browsing the live price list costs nothing, and the Beginner Simulator is a paid module that then lets you practice with virtual money at zero real-money risk. For a guided walkthrough or a team pilot, ask us through the form below.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in Uzbek som (UZS).
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Features are time-boxed, so they simply lapse at the end of their term. For refund questions, contact support via the form below.
How do I pay?

Data & sources

Where does Finmind's data come from?
Official and reputable sources: fondbozori.uz and uzse.uz (equities), uzex.uz (commodities), the Central Bank of Uzbekistan (FX, gold, yield curve, bank rates), UZRVB, UZCSD (dividends/coupons), stat.uz (macro), and Yahoo Finance for global commodities and indices.
Is the data real-time?
Some data is near-real-time (openinfo equity prices refresh through the session; global commodities ~15-minute cached), while others are end-of-day or official-release cadence. Every figure is clearly dated and labeled.
Do you ever make up numbers?
Never. Honest data is a core rule: if a price, rate, dividend or score isn't available, we show an honest 'unavailable' instead of a fabricated value.
Why is the live order book sometimes empty?
The fondbozori REST feed doesn't publish a live intraday order book, so we show the real last-session prices and clearly say the depth ladder isn't available, rather than inventing one.
How accurate are valuations?
Valuations combine fundamental, technical and (where available) sentiment inputs from official filings. They're analysis, not guarantees. Always do your own due diligence.
How current are exchange rates?
We show the CBU official rate alongside commercial-bank buy/sell rates, each with its own timestamp, so you can find the best real rate.

Trading & brokerage

Can I trade real stocks through Finmind?
Yes. Connect your fondbozori.uz brokerage account and place stock and bond orders through a safe, reviewed flow. Orders are validated against the exchange price band before submission.
Is live trading safe?
Safe by default. Live trading is off unless enabled server-side; every order requires an explicit review-and-confirm step, and a mis-priced order is blocked. When live is off, orders are recorded as dry-runs and never sent to the broker.
How do I know whether my order was filled?
Only from the broker, and never from silence: fondbozori publishes no fill confirmation, so an order the exchange accepted is shown as submitted with the broker's own order id, never as filled. An executed quantity is recorded only when the broker's own order list reports one; until it does, the fill state is shown as unknown rather than as zero.
What are the price limits (corridor)?
Exchange-listed stocks trade within a ±20% daily corridor of the base price, OTC within ±100%. Finmind shows those upper/lower limits and rejects any order outside them.
What is the stop-loss feature?
A synthetic stop-loss watches your holding and automatically places a sell if it trades down to your trigger, but only after you explicitly arm it, and only during market hours on a live price. Nothing sells on stale or zero prices. The same engine also arms take-profit targets that sell when the price trades at or above your target.
What are fondbozori trading hours?
The exchange runs 09:30–16:00 Tashkent time (09:30–10:00 opening, 15:30–16:00 closing auctions), Monday to Friday.
Will Finmind trade on my behalf without asking?
No. No automated action places a real order unless you have explicitly enabled and armed it within hard limits, and the platform-wide kill-switch is on. By default, nothing autonomous touches real money.
Can I connect Binance or Telegram Wallet?
Yes. Binance and Telegram Wallet (TON) integration is live, and it's strictly read-only: we show your balances and prices only. Your API keys are encrypted at rest, and no orders are ever placed through these connections.

AI & machine learning

Does Finmind have AI trading?
The AI Trading Lab lets you train machine-learning strategies on UZSE stocks, backtest them out-of-sample, and paper-trade automatically. An optional live mode exists behind strict guardrails and is off by default.
Can the AI lose money?
Yes. Predictions are probabilistic and based on limited data for thin, illiquid stocks; past backtest performance does not predict the future. That's why paper trading is the default and live mode has hard loss/position limits.
Are the AI predictions real?
The models are genuinely trained (scikit-learn) on real stored prices, with a real confidence. If there's too little data to train honestly, the strategy simply won't produce a signal. Nothing is faked.
What guardrails protect live AI trading?
A global kill-switch (off by default), a per-strategy arm, a position-size cap, a daily loss limit, a max-trades-per-day, a per-instrument allowlist, and a halal screen. Every real order must pass all of them plus the normal order validation.
Is there an AI chat assistant?
Yes. The AI Assistant is live. It turns plain requests ('balance my portfolio', 'remove haram instruments') into proposed actions that you approve before they run, restricted to your own data and platform information. Approved trades go through the same validated, dry-run-by-default order path as manual orders, and you can also reach the assistant through the linked Telegram chatbot.
Will the AI give me investment advice?
Finmind provides analysis and tooling, not personalized investment advice or a guarantee of returns. You always decide and approve actions.

Halal & Islamic finance

Does Finmind support halal investing?
Yes. Instruments are screened: interest-bearing bonds and preferred shares are treated as non-compliant (riba), while common stock is shown as undetermined, never labeled halal without an official ruling.
Is there a Zakat calculator?
Yes. It computes zakat at 2.5% on your net zakatable assets against the real nisab (85g of gold at the live spot price, converted to UZS). It degrades honestly if a price is missing.
What Islamic-finance tools are included?
An income-purification calculator, a sukuk tracker, and murabaha (fixed cost-plus sale) and ijara (lease) calculators, with careful, honest labeling that never presents riba as halal.
Can the AI trade only halal instruments?
Yes. The AI's halal screen blocks bonds and preferred shares from auto-trading, and you set an explicit allowlist of what it may trade.

Security & privacy

Is my data secure?
Yes. Sensitive secrets (brokerage credentials, card PAN/PIN/CVV, bank and deposit account numbers) are encrypted at rest and shown masked (last-4) with reveal-on-demand only. Money is stored precisely (never as an error-prone float).
Who can see my data?
Only you. Every read and write is strictly scoped to your account; other users can never see your portfolio, budget or messages.
Do you store my brokerage password?
Your brokerage credentials are encrypted and used only to place your own read-only inquiries and orders on your instruction. They're never logged or shown.
Are card and account numbers safe?
They're encrypted at rest and masked everywhere in lists; the full number is only revealed when you click the reveal (eye) control.
Does the offline app cache my private data?
No. The installable app never caches authenticated API responses or personal data on your device, only the static shell for offline loading.
Is there two-factor authentication (2FA)?
Yes. Optional 2FA delivers a one-time code to your Telegram at login. It's only enabled after a verified live test delivery, so you can never be locked out by a channel that was never proven to work.

Uzbekistan specifics

Does Finmind handle Uzbek taxes?
Yes. It models personal income tax and correctly applies the 0% PIT exemption on gains from UZSE exchange-traded securities, and can generate a filing summary.
What is the nisab / gold reference used?
85 grams of gold valued at the latest spot price and converted to UZS via the current USD/UZS rate, all from real sources.
Does it track CBU rates and the yield curve?
Yes. The official CBU reference FX rates, the government-bond yield curve, the refinancing rate, and per-currency histories are all included.
Can I track UZSE dividends and coupons?
Yes. Real dividend and bond-coupon data from the Central Securities Depository (UZCSD) is available in the Dividends feature.
Does it cover UZEX commodities?
Yes. UZEX commodities and their weekly quotes are covered, alongside global commodities from Yahoo Finance.

Learning & practice

Can beginners practice without risk?
Yes. The Beginner Simulator gives you 100M UZS of virtual money to buy and sell at real prices, with full P&L and a reset button. It's never connected to any exchange, so there's zero real-money risk.
Are there tutorials?
Yes. Structured investing and personal-finance courses from beginner to expert, with lessons, key terms, quizzes and per-user progress.
What charts does Finmind offer?
TradingView-style candlestick charts with volume and full price history, plus a hover crosshair showing OHLCV, for any listed instrument and for global commodities.
Can I compare investments?
Yes. Compare 2 to 20 stocks side by side (return, volatility, a normalized overlay), and compare returns across whole categories: UZSE stocks, gold, silver, platinum, copper, oil, Bitcoin and the S&P 500.
Is there a family/household budget tool?
Yes. A shared household budget (Oila/uy budjeti) lets family members budget together, with strict privacy between households.
